This means that normally when using a laptop, one has to either stoop to see the screen, or raise the hands to use keyboard and mouse.

Assembly Directions:

It takes most people 30 minutes to assemble the first time. After that, 5-10 minutes.

1) Lay one of the two long sides so the top is propped up on a chair or something and the bottom is on the floor. Make sure the peg holes that go partially through the surface are on the side facing down toward the floor.

2) Insert six shelfs into the slots allowed for them. The shelfs all have rounded edges. There are two pieces that look like shelfs that don’t have rounded edges. Save those for later.

3) There should be two pieces that look a lot like the shelfs. These are stabalizing pieces that form backs for two sections of the stand. They connect at right angles to the long sides of the stand. One of these is smaller than the other. The edges are not rounded. Take the small one and insert it through the slot allowed for it on the upper part of the stand. Take the larger one and insert it on the lower section of the stand. Insert a wedge in the slot where each of these pieces comes through the other side.

4) Lay the entire unit horizontally on the floor so the open shelf ends are facing towards the ceiling. Take the other large side unit, making sure the peg holes which go partially through are facing towards the ceiling, and lay it on top of the open shelves. Start at one end and align each shelf so it fits into its respective slot. Soon, the whole side unit will fall into place. Then insert a wedge into each slot sticking out.

7) There are four peg units with each Eco Shelf. These optional pieces can be inserted into any of the available holes. Screw each one into place with the four screws. No pre-drilling is required.
